Origo Studios (House of Origo)

Last updated: July 2026

Every great story starts with a conversation — and every conversation deserves respect. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit houseoforigo.com or work with us, why we collect it, and what we do (and don’t do) with it.

---

1. Who we are

House of Origo (“Origo Studios”, “Origo”, “we”, “us”) is a creative and digital marketing studio based in Umargam, Gujarat, India. We provide branding, digital marketing, design, and AI solutions.

If you have any questions about this policy or your data, write to us at **hello@houseoforigo.com** or call **+91 99741 93330**.

2. What we collect

**Information you give us directly.** When you fill out an enquiry or contact form, request a showreel, or start a project with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you choose to tell us about your project.

**Information collected automatically.** Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you browse — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. Our website is built on Framer, which may set essential cookies and collect anonymised analytics to keep the site running and help us understand how it’s used.

**Information from our work together.** If you become a client, we may hold business information, project files, campaign data, and billing details necessary to deliver our services.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to:

- Respond to your enquiries and share the work you’ve asked to see

- Scope, deliver, and improve the projects we take on

- Send you project updates, proposals, and invoices

- Improve our website, services, and communication

- Meet our legal and accounting obligations under Indian law

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We rely on your consent (when you submit a form), the performance of a contract (when you’re a client), and our legitimate business interests (like keeping our website secure and functional).

5. Who we share it with

We share data only where it’s necessary to run our studio and deliver our work:

- **Platform and hosting providers** — our site runs on Framer; forms, email, and file storage rely on trusted third-party services

- **Marketing and analytics tools** — used to run campaigns and measure performance, on our behalf and under our instructions

- **Professional advisers and authorities** — accountants, lawyers, or government bodies where the law requires it

Each of these providers is bound to handle your data securely and only for the purpose we’ve engaged them for.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand site usage in aggregate. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up — typically no longer than 24 months if a project doesn’t materialise. Client and billing records are retained as required by Indian tax and company law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

- Withdraw consent at any time

- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf

- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

To exercise any of these rights, email **hello@houseoforigo.com** with the subject line “Data Request”. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timelines the law prescribes.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — access controls, trusted platforms, and limiting who on our small team can see what. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep risk as low as practically possible.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, tools, or the law evolve. The latest version will always live on this page, with the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be flagged clearly.
